Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. § 15.21 Information to user.(Suit for Verification (VOC) and Certification (ID) and Declaration of Conformity(DOC)) Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. § 15.105 Information to the user. (Suit for Class A and Class B digital device(unintentional radiator or intentional radiator)) Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: -Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. -Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. -Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. -Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. *RF warning for Mobile device:(Suit for FCC Part 15.247 of ID) This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 20cm between the radiator & your body. FCC Caution. Precautions for Safe Installation - Before installation, it is essential to read the "Preparatory Matters before Installation" thoroughly and adhere to all operational instructions within this guide. -Employ lifting equipment appropriate for the product's weight for hoisting. Prior to hoisting, ascertain the dimensions, weight, hoisting height, etc. of the equipment. Overloading is strictly prohibited. -Before hoisting, it is essential to inspect the work site, lifting and hoisting machinery, slings, safety devices, control mechanisms, brakes, hooks and so on. -Obvious and visible safety warning signs must be set up in the hoisting operation area. -Before the hoisting operation, the weight and center of gravity of the object to be hoisted must be clearly known, and the center of gravity should be accurately located when hoisting. - Trial hoisting and trial lowering must be carried out before the formal hoisting to ensure that the hoisting and landing processes are smooth and stable. -There should be sufficient lighting equipment for night operations. -Hoisting operations are prohibited in bad weather conditions such as heavy fog, strong winds, and heavy rain. -Tools and debris on the equipment should be removed before hoisting to avoid hurting people if they fall. -When hoisting, the installation personnel should stand in a position where they can avoid. When the equipment has been hoisted and moved to the docking position of the fixed base, the installation personnel can then approach to support the equipment for alignment. 3 Precautions for Use The specification of the AC power cord must be matched with the corresponding wire diameter according to the maximum current value used by the equipment to prevent the wire from heating up due to substandard wire specifications. When the equipment is exposed to intense sunlight, its surface will become very hot. Please do not touch it at this time. Under intense sunlight, the remote control may not work, which is a normal phenomenon. In case of such a situation, it is necessary to shield the remote control and place it close to the receiving head of the equipment, or wait until the sunlight is no longer intense before operating it. When disconnecting the AC power supply, please ensure that the equipment is not exposed to intense sunlight for a long time. When storing the equipment, cover it with a cloth or box. This can prevent problems such as screen blackening, creasing and yellowing, and help extend the service life of electronic components. 4 1. Span = wide enough to fully capture the emission being measured RBW = 100 kHz for VBW RBW Sweep = auto Detector function = peak Trace = max hold For Below 30MHz: The EUT was placed on a turn table which is 0.8m above ground plane. Maximum procedure was performed on the highest emissions to ensure EUT compliance. Span = wide enough to fully capture the emission being measured RBW = 9kHz VBW RBW Sweep = auto Detector function = peak Trace = max hold For Below 150KHz: The EUT was placed on a turn table which is 0.8m above ground plane. Maximum procedure was performed on the highest emissions to ensure EUT compliance. Span = wide enough to fully capture the emission being measured RBW = 200Hz VBW RBW Sweep = auto Detector function = peak Trace = max hold Follow the guidelines in ANSI C63.10 with respect to maximizing the emission by rotating the EUT, measuring the emission while the EUT is situated in three orthogonal planes (if appropriate), adjusting the measurement antenna height and polarization, etc. A pre-amp and a high pass filter are required for this test, in order to provide the measuring system with sufficient sensitivity. Allow the trace to stabilize. The peak reading of the emission, after being corrected by the antenna factor, cable loss, pre-amp gain, etc., is the peak field strength, which must comply with the limit. Submit this data. Now set the VBW to 10 Hz, while maintaining all of the other instrument settings. This peak level, once corrected, must comply with the limit. If the dwell time per channel of the hopping signal is less than 100 ms, then the reading obtained with the 10 Hz VBW may be further adjusted by a “duty cycle correction factor”, derived from 20log(dwell time/100 ms), in an effort to demonstrate compliance with the limit. Submit this data. Repeat above procedures until all frequency measured was complete. 8.6.5 Test Results Tem…
