Subject: Re: RE: Regarding FCC Grant for FCC ID: A3LSCHA630 Follow Up Flag: Follow up Flag Status: Red 7/7/2005 Hello, Courtenay. When perform the SAR test, we always use test mode and this note is written in the test report. (P19) 8. SAR MEASUREMENT RESULTS > Device Test Conditions And also in the each page of the Mesurement result. (Note 7) Nevertheless, do we have to send the SO/RC combinations and channel power even we used test mode? (For reference. normally mass production model's target output power is set to 0.5dB less than the declared target power) 1. Here is a table listing all of the available SO and RC combinations for SCH-A630. (same with SCH- N485) The SO for voice(e.g. SO1, SO3....) are not concerned. It's about Loopback and data Service Option. And above are the configurations which is available for our call simulator. Conduction powers for all of those configurations are less than declared maxmum output power, include voice options. (There was no output power difference b/w each combinations) 2. Can you send us the sample template for the channel power ? Then, we'll send you that template when we request the FCC approval for CDMA. Please check and let me know whether you need more information. Then, have a nice day. Power output listed is ERP for Part 22 and EIRP for Part 24. SAR compliance for body-worn operating configurations is limited to the specific configuration tested in this filing. End-users must be informed of the body-worn operating requirements for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The highest reported SAR values are: Part 22- Head: 0.713 W/kg, Body-worn: 0.943 W/kg; Part 24- Head: 1.3 W/kg, Body-worn: 0.706 W/kg
