Maintenance Replacing the toner cartridge • Shake the toner cartridge thoroughly, it will increase the initial print quality. • Illustrations on this user’s guide may differ from your machine depending on its options or models. Check your machine type (s ee "Front view" on page 21). • To prevent damage to the toner cartridge, do not expose it to light for more than a few minutes. Cover it with a piece of pape r, if necessary. • Do not touch the green area of the toner cartridge. Use the handle on the cartridge to avoid touching this area. • Do not use sharp objects such as a knife or scissors to open the toner cartridge package. If you use a vacuum cleaner, toner blows in the air and might be harmful to you. • During the printing process, paper, toner, and dust particles can accumulate inside the machine. This buildup can cause print quality problems, such as toner specks or smearing. Cleaning the inside of the machine clears and reduces these problems. 9 Cleaning the outside Clean the machine cabinet with a soft, lint-free cloth. Dampen the cloth slightly with water, but be careful not to let any wat er drip onto or into the machine. 10 Cleaning the inside During the printing process, paper, toner, and dust particles can accumulate inside the machine. ID Label/Location Info

Hi Mr. Ra, I spoke with our TCB concerning this application and I hope I am able to help you with the information that is needed to clear this issue regarding the WLAN. I believe the WLAN option for the models M2825DW and M2820DW include a WLAN module that has already been approved as a modular approval. If this is the case then no further testing or approval of the WLAN module is needed. If you can submit the following information to the TCB I believe the issue with the WLAN module will be satisfied and the TCB will be able to issue the grant. 1) Please submit a cover letter that states that the Wireless LAN included in the models M2825DW and M2820DW has already been approved as a modular approval under FCC ID: A3LSPWB4319S. The cover letter should also state that the application is only pertaining to the Part 15B Certification for the printer ==> Attached the file. (DoC letter) 2) Please provide a sample label exhibit that shows the FCC ID for the Printer. The label must also state “Contains FCC ID: A3LSPWB4319S” for the WLAN module (for the M2825DW and M2820DW models). ==> Xpress M2825DW Rating Label Xpress M2875FW Rating Label 3) Please remove the WLAN device from the Operational Description document as it is not needed. This same situation exists with the printer FCC ID: A3LSLM2875FW as well so the same informaton listed above is needed. Please let me know if you have any questions or that I can further assist you with.
