The tissue was placed in a nonmetallic container. Trapped air bubbles beneath the flange were minimized by placing the probe at a slight angle. 3) The complex admittance with respect to the probe aperture was measured 4) The complex relative permittivity ε ’ can be calculated from the below equation (Pournaropoulos and Misra): where Y is the admittance of the probe in contact with the sample, the primed and unprimed coordinates refer to source and observation points, respectively, ,  is the angular frequency, and . Figure C-1 Note: Liquid recipes are proprietary SPEAG. Since the composition is approximate to the actual liquids utilized, the manufacturer tissue-equivalent liquid data …

Output power is peak conducted. SAR compliance for body-worn operations is limited to the specific configurations tested for this filing. Body-worn operations are restricted to belt-clips, holsters or similar accessories that have no metallic component in the assembly and must provide at least 1.5 cm separation between the device and the user's body. End-users must be informed of the body-worn operating requirements for satisfying RF exposure. The highest reported SAR for head, body-worn accessory, product specific (wireless router), and simultaneous transmission use conditions is 0.17 W/kg, < 0.10 W/kg, 0.16 W/kg, and 1.32 W/kg, respectively.
