Thisproductdoesnothavethefunctionofdetectingcardiac arrestandST. Softwarereleaseversion:V1 1.1Safetyinformation Caution  Beforeusingthisdevice,pleasereadthismanualcarefullyand fullyunderstandtherelevantwarningsandrisks.  Thisdevicecannotreplacethemedicaldiagnosisresultsof professionalphysicians.  Themeasurementresultsofthisdeviceareforreferenceonly andcannotbedirectlyusedasabasisforclinicaltreatment.  ThedisposableECGelectrodesusedwiththisdeviceare accessoriespurchasedbytheuserandmustbearegulardevice withamedicaldeviceregistrationcertificate. 2  DisposableECGelectrodescannotbeappliedtothepatient’s woundedorscarredskin.  DisposableECGelectrodesshouldbeinclosecontactwiththe skin.Ifitching,skinallergiesorulcersoccur,stopusingthem immediately.  Ifyouhaveapacemakerinyourbody,wedonotrecommend thatyouusethisdevice.Followyourphysician’sadviceif necessary.  Thisdevicecannotbeusedsimultaneouslywithdefibrillators andelectrosurgicalequipment.  ThisdevicecannotbeusedduringCTorMRI.  Thedevicemaypresentariskofprojectileinjuryduetothe presenceofferromagneticmaterialsthatcanbeattractedbythe MRmagnetcore.  Thermalinjuryandburnsmayoccurduetothemetal componentsofthedevicethatcanheatduringMRscanning.  ThedevicemaygenerateartifactsintheMRimage.  Thedevicemaynotfunctionproperlyduetothestrong magneticandradiofrequencyfieldsgeneratedbytheMR scanner.  Whenusingthisdevice,pleasestayawayfromequipmentthat generatesstrongelectricandmagneticfields.Usingthisdevice inaninappropriateenvironmentmaycauseinterferenceto surroundingradioequipmentoraffecttheoperationofthis device.  Thisdevicecannotbeusedinaflammableenvironment(such asanoxygen-richenvironment).  Thisdevicecannotbeusedbyinfantsweighinglessthan10kg.  Donotswimorsubmergethedeviceinwater.Donotimmerse thedeviceinwaterorotherliquids.Keepthedevicewaterproof 3 andawayfromhightemperatureandhumidity.  Donotuseacetoneorothervolatilesolutionstocleanthe device.  Donotviolentlybumporsqueezethedevice,ifthecaseis broken,pleasestopusingit.  Donotplacethisdeviceinapressurevesselorgassterilizer.  Donotdisassemblethedevicearbitrarily,asitwillcausethe devicetomalfunctionoraffectthenormaloperationofthe device.  Keepthedeviceoutofthereachofchildren.  Becarefulnottoallowcablesandhosestobecomeentangled duetoexcessivelength.  Thisdeviceisnotintendedforusebypersonswithsensitive skinorallergies.  Donotexposethisdevicetodirectsunlight,hightemperature, highhumidity,nearwaterorfire,ortostrongelectromagnetic fields.Beforeusingthedevice,makesurethatthedeviceisina normalworkingconditionandoperatingenvironment.  Theusershouldtrytoavoidsweating,assweatwillaffectthe contactbetweentheECGelectrodesandtheskinandaffectthe qualityofthemeasurement.  Forpropermonitoring,donotparticipateinstrenuousor extensivephysicalactivities.  Themeasurementresultsofthisdevicecannotdistinguishall diseases.Ifyoufeelunwell,youshouldconsultyourphysician immediatelyinadditiontoreferringtothemeasurementresults ofthisdevice.  Donotperformself-diagnosisandtakemedicationbasedonthe measurementresultsofthisdevicewithoutconsultingyour physician.Inparticular,donottakeanynewmedication 4 withoutpriorapproval.  Thisdevicecannotreplaceprofessionaldevicesformeasuring heartorotherorganfunctions.Medicalelectrocardiogram measurementrequiresmoreprofessionalandcomplete measurement.  Donotusetheinformationdisplayedbythehostasthesole basisforclinicaldiagnosis.Thehostisusedonlyasan auxiliarymeansindiagnosis.Itmustbeusedinconjunction withclinicalmanifestationsandsymptomsandthephysician’s diagnosis.  WerecommendthatyourecordyourECGwaveformand measurementresults,andprovidethemtoyourphysicianfor referenceifnecessary.  Althoughallpartsofthisdevicethatcomeintocontactwiththe humanbodyhavebeentestedforbiocompatibility,averysmall numberofusersmayexperienceanallergicreaction,and shoulddiscontinueuseiftheyexperienceanallergicreaction.  Prolongedusemayincreasetheriskofundesirablechangesin corticalproperties,suchasallergies,redness,blisteringorburns.
