As we can see from the test report SH11110118-001: The maximum P = -2.15dBm G = 1.00dBi EIRP = PG = -2.15 + 1.00 = -1.15dBm = 0.77mW The test exclusion limit = 60 / 2.5 = 24mW It is found the EIRP of EUT is lower than the test exclusion limit.
