Action principle： AMAS-2618 Mattress Inflation Air Pump is the DC Air Pump with the wireless remote control and double channel, the drive principle of air pump is emerging rectangular wave current of 50hz through mos tube inverter circuits of high power which supply the pump for working, coordinate with absorption and open of solenoid valve, control the operation of inflation and deflation. AMAS-2618 Inflation Air Pump is with the pressure detection circuit, the output voltage of pressure sensor is through amplifying circuit and sending to the single chip microcomputer for doing the ad transform, and then can test the pressure. This pump is also with the function of wireless remote control, the single chip microcomputer is through the A7105 2.4G wireless module and remote control to communicate, receive the information of remote control, control the relevant operation of inflation and deflation, and send the current pressure and so on information to the display of remote control. (P.S. the specific principle of circuit, see the principle diagram and circuit principle diagram) Operating Instructions: 1、calibrate the code: the remote control must code with host ,after that it can control the pump. Code method is within the 30S of the starting of host, long press the l/R conversion button for 3S, the host will enter into the code state, if the remote control shows “SU”, it is said to succeed, if not or can’t receive the signal of host, the remote control will show “Er” (P.S. if the remote control has coded with the host or the electric time of host is exceed 30S, the code is invalid). 2、Channel Switching: Press the L/R conversion key without inflation or deflation, it can transform the channel of inflation and deflation. 3、Inflation: press the inflation key of the remote control(Up Arrow), it begins to inflate, it will stop inflating when testing pressure reaches to the maximum pressure or you press any key in the process of inflation. 4、Deflation: press the deflation key of the remote control (Down Arrow), it starts to deflate, it will stop deflating when the testing pressure is below 0 or you press any key in the process of deflation. 5、Memory Value Working: press the MEMORY key, the host will set the pressure to memory value automatically. It will stop in the process of memory when you press any key. 6、Memory Value Save: long press the MEMORY key for 3S, the symbol of “MEMORY” on lcd display screen is flashing, release the button, the current displayed pressure value is set to the current channel’s memory value.
