San Diego CA, 92121 USA SUBJECT: Panasonic Electronic Devices Corporation of America, Module approval FCC ID: ACJ8GL-PAN802154 To whom it may concern: The DUT uses integrated printed antennas on the board, the specification and application notes describe that modification to the module, connecting external antennas or connecting to the AC lines by an AC adapter will make the product not authorized and the OEM will be the responsible in getting the proper authorization for the final product. The radio portion is covered by a shield. The PWB is two sides and the bottom side has a ground plane. Only the digital portion of the board is not shielded. The circuit is voltage limited trough an internal regulator in the radio circuit and the microprocessor. Current is decoupled trough the use of several capacitors The label for external enclosure is included with the label sample. The Application manual and product specifications make reference to that label. Sincerely, Francisco Cardenas Engineering manager Panasonic Electronic Devices Corporation of America
