For frequency stability versus temperature, testing the module requires a wider range of temperature at the higher extreme to account for the insulating and warming affects of the end-user device. We test up to 70 degrees C for the module alone rather than just 50 deg C for the module in the end user device. For the effect of variation of DC power supply on frequency stability, the DC supply to the module was varied to the extremes of its specified voltage range, 3.15 to 4.2 volts.
