This approval is to add LTE Band 48, as documented in this filing. Power out is EIRP. Limited Single Modular Approval for use the Panasonic Convertible PC Model CF-33 host, as documented in this filing and must not be co- located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi- transmitter evaluation procedures as documented in this filing. RF Exposure has been evaluated along with a WLAN/BT module (FCC ID: ACJ9TGWL20A) co-location in the host of Panasonic Convertible PC Model CF-33. End-users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. OEM integrators must ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install this module. This device supports LTE Channel Bandwidths of 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz and 20 MHz and intra-band Carrier Aggregation in LTE Band 48. The highest reported SAR for body-supported and simultaneous transmission exposure conditions are 0.94W/kg and 1.35 W/kg, respectively. This device also supports some other bands including: LTE Bands 2/4/5/7/12/13/14/26/41/66.
