1 From:Claire Hoque Sent:Wednesday, September 07, 2005 4:15 PM To:Helen Zhao Cc:Kathy Yao Subject:answer: Sharp Corporation , FCC ID: APYDMR0166, Assessment NO.: AN05T5106, Notice#1 User Manual - revised.pdf 05U3560 FCC Report_Final_Revis... Hi Helen, Here are the answers. Question #1: The test report indicates EUT is a 950W microwave oven, but the user manual indicates it is a 1000W oven. Please verify which is correct and make necessary modification. <answer>It's a typo. Please see revised report on page 6. Question #2: The test report indicates frequency stability vs. voltage was tested at 225V and 256V, as claimed below and above 7% of the nominal voltage 240V, however the user manual indicates the device will stop working "if the voltage rises above 7% or falls below 10% of the needed 240V", i.e. from 214V to 257V. Please resubmit test data. <answer>Client claims the low voltage we tested is 222V-225V,client modified the user manual from +/-10% to +/- 7%. See attached user manual(page 37). Test report is also revised. Thanks, Claire
