Intel Corporation acting as agent o n behalf of HP Inc. 3390 East Harmony Road, Fort Colli ns, CO American Certification Body 6731 Whittier Avenue Suite C110 McLean, VA 22101 US A Date: 01/15/2024 Ref: Application for Original Equipment Authorization for FCC ID: B94HNI61CKLU. Dear Examiner, This is to request FCC Authorization for original equipment under FCC ID: B94HNI61CKLU. The equipment in this application is HP model HSN-I61C. The equipment is a convertible PC coming in 2 variants with previously authorized transmitter modules as described below. The only difference between the 2 SKUs is the WLAN module. SKU#1: FCC ID: PD9BE200NG , originally granted 08/23/2023. This is a WLAN 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be module that is authorized for portable/mobile conditions. FCC ID: ZMOFM350GL16, granted 09/14/2021.3This is a PCS licensed transmitter LTE module authorized as single modular approval to Fibocomm Wireless. SKU#2: FCC ID: PD9AX211NG , originally granted 02/18/2021. This is a WLAN 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax module that is authorized for portable/mobile conditions. FCC ID: ZMOFM350GL16, granted 09/14/2021.3This is a PCS licensed transmitter LTE module authorized as single modular approval to Fibocomm Wireless. -Note(s): - Our intention is to apply the PAG re-use process for granting approval due to the Dynamic SAR feature using G/Hall sensors. - The TAS feature is enabled. The exact same authorized modules are re-used in this PC with the exact same algorithm and validation methods for time averaging SAR as approved by FCC. Antenna specifications for these modules are included within this filing. Sincerely, By: Title: _________________________ Benjamin LAVENANT Regulatory Engineer e-mail:[email protected]

However, instead of the typical annual calibration recommended by measurement standards, longer calibration intervals of up to three years may be considered when it is demonstrated that the SAR target, impedance and return loss of a dipole have remain stable according to the following requirements. The test laboratory must ensure that the required supporting information and documentation are included in the SAR report to qualify for the three-year extended calibration interval; otherwise, recommend annual calibration applies. Immediate re-calibration is required for the following conditions: 1. When the most recent return-loss result, measured at least annually, deviates by more than 20% from the previous measurement (i.e. value in dB × 0.2) or not meeting the required 20 dB minimum return-loss requirement. 2.
