This device operates as both a very-low power (6VL) device and a dual-client (6CD) device with both low-power indoor access points and standard power access points utility for 6 GHz band operations as described in this filing. These modes of operation infer multiple restrictions of usage as detailed in this filing, the User Manual, and KDB 987594. For Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) relevant bands, the device operates as a client without radar detection only. This device supports WLAN 802.11 b/g/n/a/ac/ax/be in SISO and MIMO (2x2) configurations with, where applicable, 20, 40, 80, and 160 MHz BW modes and beamforming. The device supports 20MHz puncturing on 80MHz and 160MHz baseline channel size, and 40MHz puncturing in 160MHz baseline channel size in SP mode (Automated Frequency Coordination control is a feature of the Access Point). LPI 'puncturing' mode is only for the purposes of controlling data rate, managing links, power reduction, energy saving, etc as implemented by 802.11, not for incumbent device avoidance. Additional technologies include: Bluetooth v6/v5 LE, plus backwards compatibility to v4.x LE and v2.x BR/EDR. 802.15.4 (Thread). Proprietary High Speed (HDR4, HDR8, HDT3, HDT4, HDT6) Proprietary High Density (HDRPM12, PS2). Specific Absorption Rate testing ensures human safety against a body configuration (1g) and yields the following maximum reported SAR values: standalone 1.131 W/kg, simultaneous operation 1.343 W/kg, against limits for General Population/Uncontrolled Exposure of 1.6 W/kg in accordance with FCC 47 CFR 1.1310.
