Under this condi- tion, connect the power cord to the AC line, press POWERon and allow at least two hours for the VCR to dry out. GENERAL TEST CONDITIONS The test data contained in this report was obtained by use of the measurement method recommended in FCC Rules, 47 C.F.R. 15.31(a)(3), with equipment and at the test site filed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The technical standard for a TV interface device are set forth in Subpart B of Part 15 of FCC Rules and regulation.
