FCC ID: BEJLSP3000 EA101934 Dear Frank, This request is regarding the denial of the application for certification of the referenced FCC ID. On October 3, 2001 the application for FCC ID: BEJLSP3000 (a wireless local loop) was denied based on Section 2.919 of the FCC Rules. From discussions with Mr. Coperich, it appears the denial was issued because PCTest had inadvertently submitted SAR graphs (FCC ID: BEJLSP300) with the application that did not apply to this FCC ID. The SAR summary information submitted with the application was the correct information for the referenced FCC ID and shows the unit is in compliance with the FCC RF exposure requirements. However, the aforementioned incorrect SAR graphs were filed as an attachment to the SAR report. The incorrect charts and graphs were for a unit made by the same company with a very similar FCC ID, which most likely generated the mistake. There does not appear to be any issue regarding compliance of the referenced equipment with all of the requirements of the Commission’s Rules. PCTest regrets the mistake and wishes to assure the Commission that there was no intent to deceive the Commission. Based on the clerical error that resulted in the submission of the incorrect supporting graphs for the SAR report, PCTest requests that the denial issued to the subject equipment be set aside and the application reverted to a pending status for further review. This will permit PCTest to file the correct SAR report and supporting documentation for the application. Attached is the complete SAR test report and corrected SAR graphs for your evaluation. The site address is 6660-B Dobbin Road, Columbia, MD 21045. The test site is one of the highest points in the Columbia area with an elevation of 390 feet above mean sea level.
