Because the wireless modules embedded in the TCU emit less than the maximum amount of energy permitted in radio frequency safety standards and recommendations, the manufacturer believes these modules are safe for use. Regardless of the power levels, care should be taken to minimize human contact during normal operation. This module should be remain more than 20 cm (8 inches) from the body when wireless devices are on and transmitting. This transmitter must not be collocated or operated in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this module does not cause interference , (2) this module accepts any interference that may cause undesired operation. Information for the integrator The integrator must not provide information to the end user regarding how to install or remove this RF module in the user manual of the end product. The user manual that is provided by the integrator for end users must include the following information in a prominent location. To comply with FCC RF and IC RSS‐102 exposure requirements, the antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be collocated or operated in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. Approbation FCC This module complies with FCC/IC rules. FCC : Part 15, Part 22, Part 24, Part 27, Part 90 ISED : RSS-130, RSS-132, RSS-133, RSS-139, RSS-199, RSS-247 Furthermore, this device complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for uncontrolled environments. This module must be installed and operated with minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiating element and the user. This module must not be co-located with any other transmitters or antennas. To comply with F CC regulatio ns limiting both the maximum RF output power and human ex posure to RF r adiatio n, the maximum antenna gain including cable loss in a mobile- only ex posure condition must not exceed the values listed in the following table. The “professional installation” provision of Section 15.203 is not applicable to modules but can apply to limited modular approvals under paragraph (b) of this section. Y The EUT meets the FCC antenna requirements; unique antenna connector and photo of antenna are shown in the test report. 5.The modular transmitter must be tested in a stand-alone configuration, i.e., the module must not be inside another device during testing. Y The EUT was tested with a test board, Please see test report and setup photo 6.The modular transmitter must be labeled with its own FCC ID number, and, if the FCC ID is not visible when the module is installed inside another device, then the outside of the device into which the module is installed must also display a label referring to the enclosed modul e. This exterior label can use wording such as the following: “Contains Transmitter Module FCC ID: BEJTM05GTJN2” or “Contains FCC ID: BEJTM05GTJN2” Any similar wording that expresses the same meaning may be used. The Grantee may either provide such a label, an example of which must be included in the application for equipment authorization, or, must provide adequate instructions along with the module which explain this requirement. In the latter case, a copy of these instructions must be included in the application for equipment authorization. Y Please see exhibition label sample for the FCC ID of this module. And also in the exhibition Users manual, there are instructions give to the OEM on how to label the end product. 7.The modular transmitter must comply with any specific rule or operating requirements applicable to the transmitter and the manufacturer must provide adequate instructions along with the module to explain any such requirements. A copy of these instructions must be included in the application for equipment authorization. Y The EUT is compliant with all applicable FCC rules. Details instructions for maintaining compliance are give in the User Manual. 8.The modular transmitter must comply with any applicable RF exposure requirements. For example, FCC Rules in Sections 2.1091, 2.1093 and specific Sections of Part 15, including 15.319(i), 15.407(f), 15.253(f) and 15.255(g), require that Unlicensed PCS, UNII and millimeter wave devices perform routine environmental evaluation for RF Exposure to demonstrate compliance. In addition, spread spectrum transmitters operating under Section 15.247 are required to address RF Exposure compliance in accordance with Section 15.247(b)(4). Y The EUT complies with RF exposure requirement. Thank you. Grant Notes
Single Modular Approval. Output power is conducted. This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed application; and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi- transmitter evaluation procedures as documented in this filing. End-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. OEM integrators must insure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install this module. For mobile and fixed operating configurations, the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed 0.01 dBi at 1900 MHz; 0.33 dBi at 1700 MHz; -3.57dBi at 850 MHz; -3.61 dBi at 2500MHz; -2.61 dBi at 700MHz, -4.30 dBi at 800MHz, as defined in 2.1091 for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and EIRP power limits as specified in Parts 22, 24, 27 and 90. The Grantee is responsible for providing the documentation required for modular use. This device has 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Bands 2 and 4; 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz, 10 MHz and 15 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Band 5, 12 and 26 (814-849 MHz); 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Bands 7.
