The responsibility for the use of this module, in all configurations utilized or contemplated, remains with the manufacturer. This module is approved for use only in the mobile configurations described in this filing. Only those antenna(s) tested with the device or similar antenna(s) with equal or lesser gain maybe used with this transmitter. The antenna used for this transmitter must not be co-located with any other transmitters within a host device, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. This transmitter is restricted to indoor use only within the 5.15-5.25GHz band. The transmitter is also restricted under the premise that it shall meet all the other requirements specified in Section 15.407 and no configuration controls are provided to change the frequency of operations outside the grant of certification for US operation. End-users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Device is a client only device containing a 2 x 2 MIMO configuration, enabled for either 2.4 or 5 GHz band of operations.
