Operation instruction CID2680 is an DVD CD MP3/ USB SD /NAVI/ RADIO with bluetooth car audio/Video product. The main work principle can divided into 4 parts: the control part, the audio part ,the video part and the power part. 1. The control part The control part takes charge in the control of the machine which uses ATMEGA-1280 as its main control unit, the control function including: Keys AD sampling, detect input signal, power management, audio and Video source switch control, bus mastering (including I2C, SPI, UART) etc. 2. the audio part The audio part can divided into two kinds: A. The inside audio, namely DVD CD、USB、SD audio / Navi audio which is produced by DVD audio processor SPHE8202T/ Navi audio processor AC-9715L; B. The outside audio, which is not produced by DVD/Navi audio processor SPHE8202T/AC-9715L. As for the inside audio, after it come out from DVD audio processor SPHE8202T/Navi audio processor AC-9715L, then convert the digital audio signal to analog audio signal, after that, go through preamplifier and power amplifier so that the current can drive the speaker; As for the outside audio, go through audio source switch, preamplifier, power amplifier and drive the speaker;. 3. the video part The video part can divided into three kinds: A. The inside video, namely DVD、USB、SD analog video signal (YUV) ,B. Navi,UI digital video signal(digital 24bit RGB) C. The outside video AV- IN(CVBS). 4. the power part The system uses DC regulator for input +12V voltage to different voltage which are needed by the machine.
