9.6V Ni-MH BATTERY PACK BATTERIE NI-MH 9.6V BATERÍA DE NI-MH DE 9,6 V BATTERY COVER COUVERCLE DES PILES TAPA DEL COMPARTIMENTO PARA BATERÍAS BATTERY COVER COUVERCLE DES PILES TAPA DEL COMPARTIMENTO PARA BATERÍAS UNSCREW TO OPEN DÉVISSEZ POUR OUVRIR DESATORNILLAR OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS: HOW TO PLAY THE F-350 BATTERY PACK CARE / CAUTIONS: 1. If battery pack and/or connectors are wet, thoroughly dry before charging. 2. Unplug the battery pack if it is not going to be used for several days. 3. Do not charge battery pack that is hot, wet or shows signs of leakage or corrosion. 4. Do not expose to fire, as explosion may result. 5. Do not disassemble the battery pack. BATTERY INSTALLATION: THE RECHARGEABLE NI-MH BATTERY PACK IS NOT CHARGED. PLEASE CHARGE IT FOR 2 HOURS PRIOR TO USE. 1. Plug the wall pack battery charger into wall outlet. (See Diagram 1) 2. Click the battery pack into the charger. Make certain the battery pack is secure in charger. 3. To disconnect, push the button of the charger (See Diagram 1) and simultaneously slide battery pack out. 4. Allow about 2 hours full-charge. The green LED indicator will be flashing continuously when charging is in process. 5. The charging is complete when the green LED indicator stops flashing and stays on. Then unplug the charger and pull apart the battery connectors. 6. After charging for about 2 hours, the battery will be warm. This condition is normal for fully charged batteries. 7. If the speed of the car slows down suddenly, it is time to recharge. 8. After use, the battery pack will be hot! Wait at least 20 minutes until it cools before recharging. Recharging a warm or hot battery pack will greatly shorten the battery life. VEHICLE: 1. Turn over the vehicle and push the ON/OFF to "OFF" position. (See Diagram 2) 2. Unscrew to open the battery lid. (See Diagram 3) 3. Insert a 9.6V Ni-MH battery pack into battery compartment. (See Diagram 3) 4. Replace the battery cover. TRANSMITTER: 1. Unscrew to open the battery lid. Insert a new 9V battery. (See Diagram 4) 2. Replace battery cover. VEHICLE OPERATION: START TO PLAY 1. Build up antenna by passing the cable through the antenna tube provided and plug into the vehicle tightly. Otherwise, the vehicle will not work. (See Diagram 5) 2. Push the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position of the vehicle. (See Diagram 7) OPERATION 1. Operate the vehicle with the transmitter (See Diagram 8). 2. Turn OFF the vehicle and the transmitter after playing and remove all batteries from the transmitter and the car. FRONT WHEELS STEERING ADJUSTMENT 1. If the vehicle does not run straight forwards, adjust the lever for satisfactory alignment on the underside of the vehicle. (See Diagram 9) 2. If the vehicle runs towards left, turn "Steering Alignment Lever" towards "R". 3. If the vehicle runs towards right, turn "Steering Alignment Lever" towards "L". PERFORMANCE TIPS FOR VEHICLE • Do not drive car on grass, sand or carpet. • Do not drive car through water. • Be sure to rest your vehicle for at least 30 minutes after every 15 minutes of operation. • Make sure ON/OFF switch on your vehicle is in the “OFF” position when it is not in use. • Do not bend the antenna. • Electrical, CB interference, mobile phones, air conditioning, elevators and steel girders in buildings will affect the operation of your vehicle. • Do not leave the vehicle or transmitter near sources of heat or in direct sunlight for long periods of time. • Remove the batteries from the vehicle and transmitter when they are not in use.
