These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. If you cannot eliminate the interference, the FCC requires that you stop using your equipment. Warning: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. RF Exposure Info

1 INTERTEK TESTING SERVICES RF Exposure The equipment under test (EUT) is a R/C Car operating at 2.4G Band. The EUT can be powered by DC 3.0V (2 x 1.5V AA batteries). For more detail information pls. refer to the user manual. Antenna Type: Integral antenna. Antenna Gain: 0dBi. The normal radiated output power (e.i.r.p) is: -3.0dBm (tolerance: +/- 3dB). The normal conducted output power is -3.0dBm (tolerance: +/- 3dB). Modulation Type: GFSK. According to the KDB 447498: The Maximum peak radiated emission for the EUT is 92.0dBμV/m at 3m in the frequency 2420MHz The EIRP = [(FS*D) ^2 / 30] mW = -3.23dBm which is within the production variation. The Minimum peak radiated emission for the EUT is 90.6 dBμV/m at 3m in the frequency 2445MHz The EIRP = [(FS*D) ^2 / 30] mW = -4.63dBm which is within the production variation. The maximum conducted output power specified is 0dBm= 1.000mW The source- based time-averaging conducted output power =1.000* Duty cycle mW <1.000 mW(Duty cycle <100%) The SAR Exclusion Threshold Level: = 3.0 * (min. test separation distance, mm) / sqrt(freq. in GHz) = 3.0 * 5 / sqrt (2.460) mW = 9.56 mW Since the source-based time-averaging conducted output power is well below the SAR low threshold level, so the EUT is considered to comply with SAR requirement without testing. The duty cycle is simply the on-time divided by the period: The duration of one cycle = 2.0000ms Effective period of the cycle = 1.0145ms DC =1.0145ms / 2.0000ms =0.5073 or 50.73% FCC ID: BY34204-24B2
