The reset plug set the MCU in deep sleep. The following procedure and visual observations should be observed in deploying the RadioSecure SLx. 1. Open the flip cover. 2. Remove the reset plug. 3. Red LED blink for 8sec, then Green LED solid 4. Close flip cover. 5. Secure the flip cover through the holes on the front surface of RadioSecure SLx with options of K-Flex cable seal or Starseal or both. 6. Insert the stainless steel wire rope into the hole on top of RadioSecure SLx, pull tight to seal the asset. Unseal and Decommission the RadioSecure SLx To end journey, the following procedure and observation should be observed. 1. Use appropriate cutter to cut the seal used to secure the RadioSecure SLx 2. Align reset plug to the interface connector and press gently. Ensure that the wire of the reset plug is laid downwards. 5. Close the flip cover. 6. The RadioSecure SLx has successfully completed an assignment and is in deep sleep. Maintaining the SLx RadioSecure SLx has a delicate Floating Mechanism which requires periodic maintenance. Maintenance schedule shall depend on usage environment. It is advisable to carry out monthly maintenance for normal usage. Usage in dusty environment may require more frequent maintenance. 1. Dust off any visible sludge or dust accumulated in or around the cable insertion hole, the plunger engagement chamber and the drain holes. 2. Spray light lubricant into these holes. 3. Hold RadioSecure SLx with drain hole facing downward and in an angle where excess lubricant can be drained.
