A biconilog antenna was used for 27 MHz testing. We have asked the FCC if they will allow this technique or if they require use of a shielded loop antenna below 30MHz. 2. Please reduce the file size to less than 3MB for the internal photos. 3. Please explain why the confidentiality request letter refers to "satellite broadcast receiver". It also only requests that the block diagram be held confidential. 4. Please supply details of the label material. 5. The 15.21 statement does not appear to be in the manual. 6.
