January 17, 2006 RE: FCC ID: GMLRM-88_ATCB003101 Attention: Elizabeth Parish I have a few comments on this Application. Please note that further comments may arise in response to answers provided to the questions below. 1. Please note that the power listed for the BT device is incorrect. Page 21 of the BT report shows that the conducted power of the device is -1.72dBm. This would equate to 0.67mW. the power listed however is 1.42mW which would be +1.72dBm. Please explain. 2. Please provide the calibration data for the dipole and probe used in SAR measurements. 3. Please note that the label does not have the DoC FCC label. Also, the application does not list part 15B as part of the certification. Please verify if Part 15B is to be in the certification or if it is a DoC. IF DoC the label will have to show the DoC FCC logo. If it is to be certified, then the appropriate information will have to be provided. Please explain. Dennis Ward mailto:[email protected] The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information may result in application termination. Correspondence should be considered part of the permanent submission and may be viewed from the Internet after a Grant of Equipment Authorization is issued. Please do not respond to this correspondence using the email reply button. In order for your response to be processed expeditiously, you must submit your documents through the AmericanTCB.com website. Also, please note that partial responses increase processing time and should not be submitted. Any questions about the content of this correspondence should be directed to the sender.
