This module is approved for use only when installed in print server applications manufactured by the Grantee which use plastic or metal housings as specified in the filing. Each type of housing is authorized for use only with a particular antenna as specified in the filing. The antenna used with this device must be either a reverse threaded connector or be permanently attached with Loctite 262 at the factory. The antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. End-users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.
