WEB SITE: http://www.echotoys.com.hk OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Please read carefully before starting to operate. It is recommended to operate the vehicle under adult supervision. Not recommended for children under 4 years of age. Note: Can not play 2 vehicles together in the same frequency. FEATURES Full Function- runs forward, backward, turns left and right, stops and turbo speed. BATTERY REQUIREMENT - One "9V" battery for transmitter. - 5 "AA" batteries for vehicle. Batteries are not included. BATTERY INSTALLTION (A) TRANSMITTER 1) Slide ON/OFF to OFF. 2) Press and pull the battery compartment cover in the direction of the arrow to remove it. 3) Put the "9V" battery in the compartment according to the polarity symbols (+ and -) marked inside. 4) Replace the battery compartment cover. (B) VEHICLE 1) Slide ON/OFF on the bottom of the vehicle to OFF. 2) Use a coin to turn the battery door stopper until it stops and open the battery door. 3) Install the batteries in the compartment as indicated by the polarity symbols (+ and -) marked inside. 4) Replace the battery door and use a coin to turn the stopper back. HOW TO OPERATE: 1) Slide ON/OFF on the bottom of the vehicle to ON. 2) Slide ON/OFF on the transmitter to ON. 3) Use the transmitter's levers to control the movement and direction of the vehicle. Note: If the vehicle moves slowly or does not move at all, replace the batteries with fresh ones. Left Control Lever - Push forward to move forward. - Pull backward to move backward. - Release to stop. - Push forward and press upper key to move turbo speed. Right Control Lever - Push left to turn left. - Push right to turn right. - Release to go straight. CAUTION - Do not mix battery types. - Do not mix old and new batteries. - Replace all together. - Observe correct polarity. - Remove batteries when not in use. - Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. - Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being charged. - Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision. - Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used. - Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy. - The supply terminals are not to be short circuited. Note: Dispose of old batteries promptly and properly; do not burn or bury them. TRIM CONTROL SWITCH Trim switch is located on the underside of vehicle between the front tires. It is used to align the wheels of your vehicle for consistent turning and drive. Turn switch clockwise and anti-clockwise until desired alignment is reached. THE FCC WANTS YOU TO KNOW: NOTE: The manufacturer is not responsible for any radio or TV interference caused by unauthorized modifications to this equipment. Such modifications could void the User's authority to operate the equipment. Operational Description

Model No: 91255-49.860MHz CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION In transmitter, press the Forward, Forward-Left, Forward-Right, Forward-turbo,Or press the backward, Backward-left, Backward -Right, output U1 pin 8 supply encoding signal. Q1 & X1 is a crystal oscillator of 49.860MHz frequency. Q2 is a modulator. Output of Q2 drives the transformer L3. The antenna is coupled to the modulator by the transformer. In receiver WL1 is tuning 49.860MHz frequency. And Q1 is a RF amplifier and detector stage. U1 is a signal amplifier and decoder, it controls the output of U1 pin6, 7 and pin10,11, 12. Q8, Q9, Q15and Q16,Q18 are regulator. Q4, Q5, Q6, Q7 are left / Right -motor driver, and Q11,Q12, Q13, Q14, Q15 are Forward/ Backward -motor driver. ANTENNA AND GROUND CIRCUITRY This unit makes use of an external flexible 15 centimeters long antenna. The antenna is inductively coupled. The unit relies on the ground tract of the printed circuit board. No external ground is provided. Energy is supplied a 9-volt battery.
