March 28, 2008 Douglas E. Noble Examining Engineer ATCBI RE: FCC ID: HSW-Z2405 Dear Mr. Noble: In response to your comments regarding the above referenced FCC ID: 1. “The user manual is marked confidential. The FCC won’t allow this to be held confidential however you can get short tem confidentiality on the user manual. User manual is not listed in the confidentiality letter. Please advise.” Please disregard the confidentiality request for the manual. Originally, the manual did contain confidential schematics and block diagrams, but this information was actually removed from the manual uploaded to ATCB. 2. “RF Exposure exhibit is needed for all FCC 15.247 applications, please upload this exhibit. Exhibit uploaded. 3. “For Industry Canada Annex B is needed for this application as there is not a SAR report associated with the application. ” Exhibit uploaded. 4. “Confidentiality letter states that Pars List is to be held confidential. Please upload the Parts List exhibit for this application.” The Parts List is on the second page of the Schematic Exhibit. 5. “All Part 15 applications must have a schematic exhibit associated with it. Please upload schematics exhibit.” I thought I uploaded this – Exhibit re-uploaded. 6. “In the test report please re-test Spectral Power Density to FCC Guidelines 2005(see attachment). Please revise test report to include this re-test.” An incomplete version of the test report was inadvertently uploaded. The correct version of the test report has now been uploaded.
