American Telecommunications Certification Body Inc. 6731 Whittier Ave, McLean, VA 22101 May 16, 2002 RE: FCC ID: HYQ12BBT Attention: Ms. Hiroka Umeyama I have a few comments on this Application. 1 The plots in the report are not clear. Please provide clear plots. 2 The setup photo is not clear. Please provide a photo that clearly identifies the EUT. 3 Intentional radiators are to be tested in accordance with ANSI C63.4. While the report states ANSI C63.4 was used, there is no indication in the data that the device was tested in all three orthogonal planes as required by par 13.1.4.1. Please provide evidence that all three orthogonal planes were investigated. The transmitter sends a radio wave signal while the button is pushed. The receiver becomes active in response to the signal from the transmitter. 3.2 Transmitter The transmitter sends a signal using radio frequency. The transmitter emits the radio frequency while the button is depressed. If the button is depressed continuously, then the transmitter will only send a signal for a predetermined constant time(For example 20 seconds. This is an auto-power-off feature)
