FCC user’s manual requirements that are FCC rule Part 15.21 and 15.105 are described on user’s manual of the vehicle. Fig 6.2. FCC rule requirement for user’s manual FCC and RSS-210 Regulations This device complies with Part 15of the FCC Rules and RSS-210 Rules Operation is subject to the following two conditions : (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. FCC WARNING : Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. CAUTION : Radio Frequency Radiation Exposure This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for uncontrolled equipment and meets the FCC radio frequency (RF) Exposure Guidelines in Supplement C to OET65. This equipment has very low levels of RF energy that it deemed to comply without maximum permissive exposure evaluation (MPE). But it is desirable that it should be installed and operated with at least 20cm and more between the radiator and person’s body (excluding extremities: hands, wrists, feet and legs). Co-location : This transmitter must not be co-located or operated in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. 6.3. Installation Description BT0501A shall be installed in the navigation system as shown in Fig.6.3. When BT0501A is installed in the navigation system, we as OEM shall consider the following points; 1. Since BT0501A owns its FCC ID number, we shall affix an exterior label on the outside of the navigation system if the FCC ID is not visible. The exterior label shall use wording such as either “Contains Transmitter Module FCC ID: HYQBT0501A” or “Contains FCC ID: HYQBT0501A“. 2. BT0501A complies with requirements of sub-sections 15.203, 15.205, 15.209 and 15.247 in FCC Rules Part 15. We shall install BT0501A in accordance with their requirements. 3. BT0501A complies with requirements of the sub-section 2.1091. When installers install BT0501A into the navigator system, they shall ensure that the public is not exposed to radio frequency energy levels in excess of the Commission’s guidelines in accordance with the sub-section 15.247(b)(4) in FCC Rules Part 15.
