Attestation Statements

Motorola Mobility LLC 222 W. Merchandize Mart Plaza, Chicago Il US www.motorola.com Motorola Mobility LLC, attest that this client device, FCC ID: IHDT56AB2, FCC ID: IHDT56AB3 complies with the following requirements of Part 15 E of the FCC’s rules for the 6GHz bands: 1. The device will only associate and connect with a low-power indoor access point or subordinate device and never directly connect to other client devices. 2. This device will always initiate transmission under the control of a low power indoor AP or subordinate except for brief transmissions before joining a network. These short messages will only occur if the client has detected an indoor AP or subordinate operating on a channel. These brief messages will have a time-out mechanism such that if it does not receive a response from an AP it will not continually repeat the request 3. Transmissions will be lower or equal to the power advertised by the indoor low-power access point or subordinate and never above the maximum output power allowed by the FCC grant. 4. Prohibited for control of or communications with unmanned aircraft systems, including drones. Motorola Mobility LLC 222 W. Merchandize Mart Plaza, Chicago Il US www.motorola.com Explanation N77 operating band in US We, Motorola Mobility LLC declare that the device with FCC ID: IHDT56AB2 , FCC ID: IHDT56AB3 supported 3450-3550 MHz and 3550-3700 MHz and 3700-3980 MHz for 5G NR band n77 in USA. By design, LTE/5GNR User Equipment (UE) will only transmit after receiving the Master Information Block (MIB) and the System Information Block (SIB) from base stations. This information is necessary for the UE to join the network. Accordingly, transmissions on non-allocated US bands (eg. 3550-3700 MHz) cannot occur because there will be no authorized base station device operating on non-US bands in the USA/US Territories. This is in line with what is done with 2G and 3G protocols, to ensure that the UE will not transmit on bands that, even if supported by the UE hardware, are not allowed in the US." For Radio Frequency Interference, Speag’s Audio Interference Analyzer (AIA) or other indirect or direct measurement was not used to determine the M rating. The M rating was determined by measuring the maximum steady state average E-field values in dB (V/m) or average antenna input power as documented in HAC test report exhibit, and adding the MIF value in dB. The MIF values below for the worst-case operation mode for all air interfaces are pre-determined values provided by Speag. Output Power is EIRP. Device operates with specific antennas in MIMO configurations as described in this filing. RF exposure compliance for body-worn operating configurations is limited to belt-clips and holsters that have no metallic components in the assembly and cause the device to operate with the minimum separation distance of 5.0 mm, as described in this filing. End-users must be informed of the body-worn operating requirements for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This device supports 20, 40, 80 and 160 MHz modes. Device 6 GHz operation is intended for indoor use only.
