Dear Sir/Ma’am, The FCC identifier was located inside the battery compartment on this device because of limited areas. The device is small, handheld with many curved surfaces. The top side is taken up by two large mouse buttons and the bottom side consists of a removable battery compartment cover and optics. The FCC identifier will be readily viewable as it will be visible each time the batteries are replaced in the device. Since the device will be sold without batteries installed the user will have to install batteries prior to using, thus they will see the FCC identifier prior to using the device for the first time. In addition to having the FCC identifier on the inside of the battery compartment, it will also be on the outside of the removable battery door, making it readily viewable at the time of purchase .
