Question #1: Neither "Regulatory Information" nor "User manual" includes user information as specified in FCC15.21 and RF exposure statement as specified in FCC 15.247(i). The possible RF Exposure statement for this device could be: "The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. " Please revise the exhibit(s) accordingly. <answer>pls see revised compliance sheet. Question #2: Section 5.5 of the test report indicates "The EUT is a USB Transceiver and is plugged into the USB port of a host laptop". But the test setup photos show that the EUT was tested when it was connected to the host laptop via a USB cable. Please note without/with USB cable significantly changes the device from portable configuration to mobile configuration. Please provide radiated spurious emission test data and power line conducted emission test data when EUT is plugged into the USB port of host laptop directly. [Danielle]A Section 5.5 Test Configuration has been added to the report to explain that both configurations were investigated; Added 2nd set of LC data and setup photos for the configuration that EUT being connected directly to the host. pls see revised report and revised setup photos. Question #3: The test report reuses all the RF conducted test data from the report of wireless Keyboard (proposed FCC ID: JJ4-AS00900). Please provide justification to do so in the test report. [Danielel]A note has been added to the report under Section 7.1.7 Reult to justify the sharing of data. Question #4: This device is considered as a portable device, due to the low power output, it is exempted from SAR evaluation. The test report, however, includes MPE calculation, which is not applicable. Please remove MPE calculation from the test report. [Danielle]Original Section 7.1.4 has been removed. Thanks, Claire
