INSTRUCTION GUIDEINSTRUCTION GUIDE THE KIT INCLUDESTHE KIT INCLUDES PREPARATIONPREPARATION EnglishEnglish Congratulations! You are now the owner of an Innotek® Spray Commander® Waterproof training system with remote control designed for your dog’s education. Your new Innotek® Spray Commander® system can be used to interrupt any of your dog’s unwanted behaviors (behaviours) such as running away and chasing, stealing objects or food, digging, jumping on guests, etc. This system will improve and strengthen dog- owner relationships because the correction is associated with the action and not the owner. It will allow you to redirect your dog’s attention and behavior (behaviour) while promoting a healthy emotional state. This instruction guide will provide you with all the information required to maximize the effi ciency of your new Innotek® Spray Commander®. How it works Innotek® Spray Commander® uses a remote control and a harmless spray collar to re-direct the attention of the distracted or misbehaving dog, or one that has learned that obedience is optional. It can be activated at a distance up to 250 ft (85 m). In addition to having two levels of spray to disrupt unwanted behaviors (behaviours), the Innotek® Spray Commander® also incorporates a sound signal for positive reinforcement. You can use it to let your dog know when the behavior (behaviour) he is engaged in is acceptable. The sound becomes a reward for your dog. This innovative system causes no secondary eff ects (fear, pain). • Spray device Waterproof • Remote control • Adjustable collar • Can of stainfree, hypo-allergenic spray • Two 6-volt alkaline batteries • Instruction guide Adjusting the collar to the spray device 1. Remove the keeper from the black collar (A). Pass the black collar (B) through the loops of the spray device (C). Put the keeper back on the collar (D). The curved edge of the keeper should face inward. AB C D - 3 -- 3 - www.innotek.net Adjust the collar to fi t like a regular collar. You should be able to easily pass two fi ngers between your dog’s neck and the device (A). We suggest that you check the collar regularly to make sure that it is well adjusted. Note: If these instructions are not properly followed, the buckle can easily be pulled off the collar. This could lead to the device being lost or damaged. Your dog must get used to the device before you actually start using it. We suggest that you make your dog wear the spray device during 4 to 5 days before inserting the battery and fi lling the device. At the same time, we also suggest that you remove and put the collar back frequently on your dog. Filling the device Inserting the battery 1. Set the device on a fl at surface, with the fi ll-up valve turned upwards. Shake the spray can before using it. 2. Hold the can upside down, then insert the aerosol tip in the fi ll-up valve – the deepest cavity (A) – then press down fi rmly for 10 seconds (B). Release pressure and press down for another 10 seconds, then release. Note: If spray is escaping as you attempt to fi ll the device, increase the downward pressure on the refi ll can to get a better seal. You cannot overfi ll the device. When completely fi lled, there should be enough gas in your device for 18-23 sprays. 1. Insert a coin into the slot of the battery cover and orient towards open position. Remove cover and insert one 6 Volt battery with positive terminal towards the inside of the device. Place cover back on. Screw cover towards off position. 2. Slide off the battery cover from the remote control and insert one 6-volt alkaline battery, respecting polarity (+ and -) (C, D). Slide the cover back on. NOTE : Check if the device is working by pressing the upper button no 1 on your remote control; you should hear a beep (make sure the spray device is in the “on” position). AB C D 2. Feed the free end of the collar into the slot of the buckle (A) from the back to the front. Then, thread the free end of the collar through the outside slot (B) from the front to the back. The free end should now hang on the outside, then thread the keeper (C). When you have completed this section, the assembled collar looks as illustrated (D). - 4 -- 4 - www.innotek.net DO’S AND DON’T’SDO’S AND DON’T’S • Never infl ict punishment, pain or cruelty on your pet – even if he refuses to listen. • Reward your pet when he listens and obeys your commands. • Never let the dog ignore a command he understands. • Do not use the spray when you want your dog to obey a command that he does not understand yet. • Never fi ll the device while your dog is wearing it because it may damage the fi ll-up valve. • Never fasten a leash (lead) to the Innotek® Spray Commander® collar. • To ensure that your dog does not make the connection between you and the Innotek® Spray Commander®, don’t let him see you prepare the device, neither for the fi rst try, nor for subsequent use. Keep your dog away while you prepare the device as well as when you fi ll it or change the battery. • Make sure the device i…

Technical Description (RFA-419T) TRANSMITTER 1. Transmitter IC The Transmitter IC Si4010 (IC2) is a fully integrated crystal-less CMOS SoC RF transmitter with an embedded CIP-51 8051 MCU designed for the sub 1 GHz ISM frequency bands. The signals are amplified by Internal PA, through the Balun, Filter and antenna transmit to space. 2. Power supply The 6V battery follows the VOLTAGE REGULATOR (IC1) giving 3.0V output for theTransmitter IC (IC2) which can work at 1.8~3.6V 3. Crystal The crystal oscillator Y1 10MHz produces an accurate clock reference for applications demanding a high-accuracy transmit carrier frequency and the output is connected to the frequency counter. The center frequency is determined by the programmable multipiler. 4. Modulation The three switches S1, S2 and S3 are to choose the modulation signal S1---Control Buzzer beep S2--- Control Solenoid short spray S3---ControlSolenoid long spray RECEIVER SECTION 1. Receiver IC The Receiver IC SI1010 is fully integrated mixed-signal System-on-a-Chip MCU. The RF signal through helix antenna and 50ohm matching network directly transmit to the SI1010. The SI1010 through it’s internal LNA and mixer demodulate the received signal and control Buzzer beep or Solenoid spray. 2. Power Supply The 6V battery through the IC1 VOLTAGE REGULATOR output 3.0V and supply to Transmitter IC which can work at 1.8~3.6V 3. Crystal Y1---30MHz Crystal generate local carrier frequency and input to mixer to demodulate the received signal.
