Kindly supply an exact label artwork drawing for this device as it shall be labeled for sale. 2.) FYI: There is an incorrect interpretation of the permissible limits for spurious emissions for this device. Whenever the Restricted Band emission limits are higher than the limits as applied in any specific Intentional Radiator section, the stricter limits will apply. For this case, all spurious emissions must meet the 52.8dBuV average limit, and not the limits shown in 15.205. This does not appear to change the pass/fail radiated emissions criteria, but should be changed for clarity. . William H. The difference can be seen after de-modulation. Hence no analog variation can be observed in Spectrum Analyzer. The EUT is used in ASK not FSK, sorry for mistake. The waveform of ASK/FSK signal like, the series code of TX & Rx changed, the channel may change, 2ASK , below is carrier 2FSK Hope this can help you. Please observe the newest Label uploaded 01/10/2005 and on file at our website. The EUT appears to suggest that any one of three 'channels' can be selected. But all of the reports and manual given suggest that this is only a single-channel 433.79MHz transmitter. If there are extra frequencies that this can be set, then these must be tested too! I know this is an urgent filing, and I would only ask if this was important. Please look as soon as possible and tell me what is going on. But, you have to ask your customer addin g the statement in the manual (I found there is still space in the last page of the manual) and upload the revised manual to our web site within 5 days.
