EXPOSITORY STATEMENT FCC ID: M3R-FM3001 The BroadcastVision BV 3001 is an FM Stereo Transmitter which is used to broadcast television sound or music from a source such as tape, CD or satellite to a wireless receiver. The receiver can be mounted to cardio fitness equipment where the listener can plug headphones in and enjoy music while working out.

In reference to 10792: The antenna complies with Section 15.203 due to its fixed antenna installation. The user does not have the option to remove it. The Highest Center Frequency is 107.9 MHz and the lowest is 88.1 MHz. Upon initial investigation, with the 1 MHz bandwidth, within the FM band 88-108 MHz, the center frequency may have been adversely affected by the presence of ambient signals. Resulting in the .05 MHz error of measurement. The center frequencies were more closely investigated when the bandwidth plots were taken to confirm the frequencies were indeed 88.1 MHz for the low end and 107.9 MHz for the high end.
