Below please find my explanation to the questions: Question #1: The max. allowable output power should be 250mW. Page 4 of test report indicates 50mW. Please make necessary correction. ANS.: Sorry for our omission. Attached please find the revised page. Question #2 : Emission Designator: Page 1 of test report indicated the emission designator is 189KF3E. However, in the tune up procedure , the emission designator indicates 165K0F3E. Please explain and justify the Emission designator by using Carson Rules. ANS.: Sorry for our omission. The emission designator is 2M+2D= 2*(20kHz) + 2*(70 KHz) =180KF3E. Attached please find the revised page. The tune-up procedure is also not correct. Question #3: RF Exposure Information : No RF Exposure informatin is included in the user manual. Suggest wordings to be used in the user manual " IMPORTANT NOTE: To comply with the FCC RF exposure compliance requirements,no change to the antenna or the device is permitted. Any change to the antenna or the device could result in the system exceeding the RF exposure requirements." ANS.: Thanks for your suggestion. Above infromation is going to be added into the user's manual. Please find attachment for the revised manual. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
