Measurements performed included (A) three-signal intermodulation distortion measurements; (B) harmonic and spurious emissions both conducted through the antenna port and radiated from the case and cabling; (C) comparison of amplifier output and amplifier input for distortion; and (D) IEEE C95.1-1991 for safety levels with respect to human exposure to radio frequency fields measurements. The results of each measurement indicated that the test item met the requirements of each specification. Test data pertinent to this program will remain on file at Dayton T. Brown, Inc. for 90 days. The test results recorded in this report relate only to those items tested. This test report shall not be reproduced, except in full, without t he writ t en appro val o f Dayt o n T. July 10, 2001 Mr. Frank Coperich Federal Communications Commission Office of Engineering & Technology 7435 Oakland Mills Road Gate A Columbia MD 21046 Dear Mr. Frank Coperich: This enclosure contains the two-tone data for CDMA and TDMA that was not included in the report under 731 Confirmation Number EA92309 for MPD amplifier Model FFPA8689-60. It is our understanding from previous discussions with you, two-tone data criteria is to provide two- tones that would produce 3 rd order IMD’s that would fall out of the 869-894 MHz transmit cellular band and the other 3 rd order IMD’s that would be in the 869-894 MHz transmit band. The data provided has both input and output plots for CDMA & TDMA. If there are any other questions, please feel free to contact us. Best Regards Patrick K.
