The FCC ID number is MCQ-WMPX5F. It will be installed in our vehicle-mounted telematics gateway, Model X5 Fleet. The X5 Fleet also contains three other radio modules, a Wi-Fi (FCC ID: MCQ-50MI589), a Zigbee (FCC ID: MCQ-XBEEPR02), and an Orbcomm LEO satellitetransceiverModel MobiAppsm IO. Regarding the Orbcomm Leo satellite transceiver module, the FCC has issued Orbcornm a blanket license to operate mobile earth terminals with its non-voice, non-geostationary mobile satellite system, FCC Call Sign E940534, 10 FCC Red 6572 (1995). Pursuant to the Blanket License and Sections 25.115(d) and 25.135 ofthe FCC's rules, the FCC has delegated to Orbcornm the responsibility for equipment approval with respect 10 the mobile earth terminals operating in conjunction with the Orbcornm system. Pursuant to that responsibility, Orbcomm has certified the Orbcornm Leo Satellite Transceiver, Model mlO (see following page). Hence, there is no FCC ID on the Model m I O. The test reports and other teclmical exhibits demonstrate compliance to FCC Parts 22H and 24E. The Cetecom test report for the Wavecom WMPIOO, FCC ID: 09EWMPIOO is used to for all the antenna port direct connect measurements, and the NWEMC test report is used for the radiated power and spurious radiated emissions measurements. Note that the Wavecom WMPIOO and Digi Model WMPlOO are electrically and mechanically identical. A RF Exposure exhibit documents compliance with FCC Part 2.1091 as a mobile device.
