Mike, Sorry for the delay! Please find my explanations below: Question #1: Schematic diagram can not be read. Please provide a clear copy of schematic diagram. ANS.: Please find the attachment for the clear copy of schematics. Question #2: In accordance to ANSI C63.4 Section 10.1.8.2 " Radiated Emission Data " " or frequency to which the EUT is tuned ( if applicable) shall be reported unless such emissions are more than 20 dB below the limits." " If less than the specified number of six emissions are within 20 dB of the limit, the noise level of the measuring instrument at representative frequency shall be reported " In your test report page 7 of 11 of test report, the radiated emission data below 1GHz only indicated the frequencies but without the readings. The written statement declared that the emission level is too low to be measured. What level do you consider is too low? If all of emission level are under the limit by more than 20 dB, please indicate the emission levels are more than 20dB below the limits. If there are some emission levels are less than 20 dB below the limits, please report the noise level. This report requirement is also applied to above 1GHz measurement. In your test report, there is no statement above 1GHz easurement. Only test setup diagram was included. ANS.: Maybe our test report is too easy for such particular receiver. We jsut could not find any emissions from the receiver with the condition of a 25 dB pre-amplifer was used durig the radiated emissions test. And, we also examined the function of the receiver, while every thing was O.K. with it. So, what we could do was the data you have seen. Attached please find the full range scaning data for your reference. Further, this receiver was employing superheterodyne techniques, according to FCC 15.33(b)(3), the acceptable investigated frequency range is the second harmonic of the highest L.O. frequency. But, please note our test report was including the test data above 1 GHz even up to the 10th harmonic. Would you please check it again? For above applications, including the relative TX, are very urgent with the applicant, please help to expedite them. Thank you for your kind help. Regards, K. C.
