Question #1 : The schematic diagram provided can not be read. Please provide a clear copy of schematic diagram. Ans.: Please find attachment for the clear copy of schematics. Question #2: Please indicate the detector function used to obtain 3.3.1 and 3.3.2 test data. Ans.: The detector functions employed for measuring radiated emissions are Peak and Qusai-Peak respectively. Question #3:Under 15.231 and 15.231(b), data transmission is prohibited. Transmission of temperature, pressure and elapsed time are considered data and not allowed. The device can not be used in accordance to 15.231(b) technical requirements. Ans.: This transmitter is jsut like a remote controller and there is no other transmission for data. As soon as the sensor detects the pressure of tire is too low, it just transmit a signal to the relative receiver to make the driver aware about matter of the low pressure. So, no data is transmitted. Question #4: As indicated in the test report, this device is activated manually. As examine the operational description and user manual, I do not think this device is activated manually. Ans.: I am very sorry for the omission on test report. Actually, this transmitter is activated automatically as I describe above. Question #5 : Once the device is activated, how the transmission will be stop within 5 seconds. There is no technical Data/Information to support such statement. Ans.: There is a ASIC with the number PIC16C71 to control the transmission time duration and also to shut down the transmissions.
