Operational Description

It is consisted with four sections: Ant matching net working, UHF downconverter, Resference and control, and OOK demodulator. Also shown in the figure are two capacitors (CTH, CAGC) and one timing component, usually a crystal. With the exception of a supply decoupling capacitor, and antenna impedance matching network, these are the only external components needed to assemble a complete UHF receiver. For optimal performance is highly recommended that the MICRF002 is impedance matched to the antenna, the matching network will add an additional two or three components. Four control inputs are shown in the block diagram: SEL0, SEL1, SWEN, and SHUT. Using these logic inputs, the user can control the operating mode and selectable features of the IC. These inputs are CMOS compatible, and are internally pulled-up. IF Band-pass Filter Roll-off response of the IF Filter is 5th order, while the demodulator data filter exhibits a 2nd order response. There needs a local frequency generator for any super-heterodyne receiver. In this circuit it is based on PLL type circuit inside and a crystal 4.7458 MHz(special for 315 MHz) outside.

Report No.: GZ12090322-2 Page 4 of 13 2 Test Results Conclusion (with Justification) RE: EMC Testing Pursuant to FCC Part 15, Subpart B: 2011 Performed On the Bed Fan with Wireless Remote, Model: SKU No. 826456, E1212. We tested the Bed Fan with Wireless Remote, Model: E1212, to determine if it was in compliance with the relevant FCC rules as marked on the Test Results Summary. We found that the unit met the requirement of FCC Part 15, Subpart B: 2011 when tested as received. The worst case’s test data was presented in this test report. Test items Conducted Emission and Radiated Emission were subcontracted. The Equipment Under Test (EUT) is controlled by a controller, the controller is an intentional radiator using 315MHz frequency. Antenna Type: Integral wire antenna. The controller option of this receiver is subject to Certification procedure. Model SKU No. 826456 is declared to be identical to model E1212 in terms of electrical and mechanical design. Their difference lies in the model name due to business purpose which will not affect EMC characteristics. There are two alternative motors that can be used in the EUT, models are:SM8025SH, JD8025HS, the data in this report is for JD8025HS, since it’s the worse case of the two. The data on the below test result table lists the significant emission frequencies, the limit and the margin of compliance. Numbers with a minus sign are below the limit. According 15.107, the worst case conducted emission at 0.2000MHz Judgement: Passed by -13.02 dB According 15.109, the worst case radiated emission at 105.66 MHz Judgement: Passed by -14.21 dB The production units are required to conform to the initial sample as received when the units are placed on the market.
