FCC ID: NI3-AT30V514 After a review of the submitted information, I have a few comments on the above referenced Application. 1) The POA is not dated. Please revise. 2) The users manual shows this device contains a Turbo mode, however the test report does not show this. If this device does contain a Turbo mode, additional testing will be necessary. Please correct as necessary. 3) The users manual suggests that the lower data rates have a much higher power. Please provide information on which data rates were investigated for power measurements and what was the worse case. 4) The spectrum analyzer specified on page 48 appears out of calibration. 5) The measurement reported on page 20 for Position 5, Middle channel does not match the plot. Please review. 6) Please explain the derivation of the 12.0 Required SAR on page 29. It appears the Dipole Validation was 48.8 mW/g /4 = 12.2. Please review and correct as necessary. Timothy R.
