Considered one of the smallest devices in the industry, placing a legible FCC ID on the PEL - 1 is not practical and impossible. The only area for the F C C ID is limited to 10mm x 25mm as shown below. Placing an aluminum printed, non-removal label can also interfere with the operation of the device.
