Please note that while a magnetic loop antenna is listed in the test instrumentation, the test procedures for the fundamental do not indicate what type antenna was used. Please confirm that a magnetic loop antenna was used to measure all frequencies below 30MHz. 3. Please note that the label drawings show both the USB and the mouse having the label. Please note that in a case like this when both transmitters are part of the app, then both transmitters need to have data. Please note that the data in the report is ambiguous as to which device was transmitting during the fundamental frequency testing. Please provide a report that clearly shows both transmitters have been tested at the fundamental operating frequency. 4.
