Pursuant to section 2.925(a)(1) of the rules, the term β€œFCC ID:” must be followed by the actual FCC ID on the same line (Example: FCC ID: XXX-XXX). On the sample label, β€œFCC ID:” is shown above the actual identifier. A new sample diagram in the correct format must be submitted. 2) The block diagram should show the frequency of all oscillators used in the device at each block as per 2.1033(b)(5). Please submit a new block diagram which meets all the requirements of this section. 3) The operating frequency listed on the application form and in the test report indicates that the device operates on only one channel, but the user’s manual indicates that the device operates on three channels. Please clarify. 4) Please submit duty cycle plot(s) showing the claimed 32% duty cycle. 5) Please indicate whether the device complies with all of the operational limitations contained in 15.231(a). The item(s) indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 60 days of the original e-mail date may result in application dismissal and forfeiture of the filing fee. The tests were performed in order to determine whether the electromagnetic emissions from the equipment under test, referred to as EUT hereafter, are within the specification limits defined in FCC CFR Title 47, Subpart C 15.205 and 15.231.
