Date: August 15, 2007 Equipment Authorization Division Office of Engineering and Technology Federal Communications Commission 7435 Oakland Mills Road Columbia, MD 21046 Gentlemen: Techwall Electronics Co., Ltd.requests acceptance of the labeling proposal described below for two-way radio bearing FCC ID: OD9VBC-239. The subject video baby monitor are compact handheld models as shown in below, authorized under 47CFR Part 15 for Low Power Communication Device. Because the video baby monitor housing is composed of monitor, speaker, operating controls, and a removable battery pack, there is extremely limited space available to attach the required label carrying the FCC ID. Attaching the label to the battery pack is not acceptable because the battery pack is a removable item. For this reason, Techwall proposes placing the label carrying the FCC ID inside the battery compartments as shown in below. The consumer packaging for these models includes the battery pack as a separate item, NOT installed on the radio. As such, the FCC identifier will be readily visible to the user before the battery pack is installed and whenever the battery pack is removed or replaced. In this location, the label will also be protected from physical abuse and remain readable for the anticipated life of the device. The consumer packaging does not allow the Video baby monitor to be seen at time of purchase. In order to meet the requirements of 47CFR Part 2.925 (d), Techwall will add the FCC ID "OD9VBC-239" to the outside of the consumer packaging. Sincerely, S M Wong / Director FCC ID: OD9VBC-239

-The video camera outputs audio signals and video signals to transmitter -The audio signals will be mixed with intermediate frequency of 6.5MHz of the transmitter -The processed audio signals together with the video signals are modulated to 900MHz, then amplified to RF output. -Phase lock loop circuitry is employed to stabilize the transmitted frequency. ( The principle is to detect output, when the transmitted frequency is deviated from the designated value, the phase lock loop circuitry will send out a control signal to change the oscillating frequency to stabilize the transmitted frequency).
