This system is in compliance with Part 15, Subparts B and C with its transmitter in accordance with §15.249 of the FCC Rules. The subject device is one-of-two parts of a Wireless AV Link System. The subject device is a 4-channel 2.4 GHz non-spread spectrum transmitter (4 channels @ 2.414~2468 GHz) with 418 MHz remote receiver provided with AC Adaptor, type Q-603 with DC cable without any ferrite core. This device’s 418 MHz remote receiver is being authorized under DoC. This device will be marketed with its associated 418 MHz periodic remote control transmitter and 2.4 GHz receiver, which is being separately submitted for authorization under FCC ID: OIBKAV-LINKERS1. The provided 2.4 GHz transmitter test report was performed on low, middle and low channels 1, 3 and 4 and in accordance with ANSI C64.4-1992. This device will operate on the following four channels: Channel 1: 2468 MHz Channel 2: 2450 MHz Channel 3: 2432 MHz Channel 4: 2414 MHz 2. The past filed documents contained some typo errors; however the test report provided measurements performed at fundamental frequencies 2414, 2450 and 2468 MHz. 3. The following band edge measurement test data are being filed separately, which show band edge emissions are at least 50 dB below the each channel’s fundamental carrier frequencies.
