Date: 16/12/2025 DEKRA Testing and Certification, S.A.U. Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía C/ Severo Ochoa 2 & 6 29590 Campanillas Málaga, España Ref: FCC Modular approval letter for FCC ID: OQA-FSAACT01AA To whom it may concern: The following attestation addresses the requirements to support modular approval pursuant to §15.212 of the Commission’s Rules: Modular approval requirement Yes No* (i) The radio elements of the modular transmitter must have their own shielding. The physical crystal and tuning capacitors may be located external to the shielded radio elements. X (ii) The modular transmitter must have buffered modulation/data inputs (if such inputs are provided) to ensure that the module will comply with part 15 requirements under conditions of excessive data rates or over-modulation. X (iii) The modular transmitter must have its own power supply regulation. X (iv) The modular transmitter must comply with the antenna and transmission system requirements of §§15.203, 15.204(b) and 15.204(c). The antenna must either be permanently attached or employ a “unique” antenna coupler (at all connections between the module and the antenna, including the cable). The “professional installation” provision of §15.203 is not applicable to modules but can apply to limited modular approvals under paragraph (b) of this section. X (v) The modular transmitter must be tested in a stand-alone configuration, i.e., the module must not be inside another device during testing for compliance with part 15 requirements. Unless the transmitter module will be battery powered, it must comply with the AC line conducted requirements found in §15.207. AC or DC power lines and data input/output lines connected to the module must not contain ferrites, unless they will be marketed with the module (see §15.27(a)). The length of these lines shall be the length typical of actual use or, if that length is unknown, at least 10 centimeters to insure that there is no coupling between the case of the module and supporting equipment. Any accessories, peripherals, or support equipment connected to the module during testing shall be unmodified and commercially available (see §15.31(i)). X (vi) The modular transmitter must be equipped with either a permanently affixed label or must be capable of electronically displaying its FCC identification number. X (vii) The modular transmitter must comply with any specific rules or operating requirements that ordinarily apply to a complete transmitter and the manufacturer must provide adequate instructions along with the module to explain any such requirements. A copy of these instructions must be included in the application for equipment authorization. X Modular approval requirement Yes No* (viii) The modular transmitter must comply with any applicable RF exposure requirements in its final configuration. X * Shall provide a detailed explanation if the answer is “No”. ANT044-00 pag 1 - 4 3_Description_ANT044-00 ANT044-00 The ANT044 antenna is a transducer designed to transmit and receive electromagnetic waves. It can can be used in Autec remote stations and it can operate in 863-870 MHz, 915-928 MHz and 2400- 2483.5 MHz frequency bands. It is a triple band dipole realized on PCB (printed circuit board). It is connected with a coaxial cable to the RF output of a radio module through a balun microstrip circuit which preserves the simmetry of the currents between the two branches of the dipole. The ANT044 antenna has the following schematic diagram: 1 2 J1 Pad_RG178 105 MM -0 MM +0.3 MM + 0.1 MM 72 MM - ANT044-00 pag 2 - 4 3_Description_ANT044-00 105 MM -0 MM +0.3 MM + 0.1 MM 72 MM - The antenna characteristics is affected by the plastic material nearby it. All the Autec remote stations that use this type of antenna share the same antenna position so as to guarantee the same characteristic of it. ANT044-00 pag 3 - 4 3_Description_ANT044-00 1. Resulting gain in 863-870 MHz and 915-928 MHz frequency band By simulation, as this diagram reports, the realized gain of the antenna is 0.1dBi and the System Total efficiency is -1.78dB. ANT044-00 pag 4 - 4 3_Description_ANT044-00 2. Resulting gain in 2400-2483.5 MHz frequency band By simulation, as this diagram reports, the realized gain of the antenna is 2.44 dBi and the System Total efficiency is -2.76 dB.
