The EUT is powered by four 1.5V size D batteries. There is a switch and three operating state on top of the lantern. The solid spot and hollow spot are for manual power on and off respectively. The cross lines spot is for standby-remote control mode. At this mode, the EUT is ready to receive the signal from remote control transmitter and control the on/off state of the lantern. The brief circuit description is listed as follows: - IC 1 A, IC 1 B and associated circuit act as an amplifier. - IC 2 and associated circuit act as an decoder. - T 1 and associated circuit act as oscillator. The models: SU-811R and CU-911R are the same as the model RU-811R in hardware aspect.
