Dear Customer, Congratulation!!! You have just bought one of the best FM Hands-Free Kits in the market, and we at Priority Tech Inc. hope that you enjoy the product. With the purchase of the FM Hands- Free Kit you can now relax, enjoy your phone conversation, and drive safely without the worry, or inconvenience, of having to hold on to your cell phone. To help you properly use the hands-free kit, please follow the following simple set up procedure: I. Making a call: 1. Turn on the ignition of your car 2. Plug one end of the kit into the bottom of your phone (make sure your phone is on) 3. Turn on your radio and manually set it to the FM 88.7 frequency (we recommend that you permanently set this frequency to one of your preset stations for future use) 4. Turn the volume to your desired level (it is normal to hear static at this point) 5. Plug the other end of the kit into cigarette lighter socket 6. Make sure the indicator switch, on the left side of the kit, is up toward the direction of car panel (you will notice the background static is instantly muted after you do that) 7. Place the cellular phone down on a holder if applicable, or somewhere safe 8. You are now ready to place a call 9. Dial a desired phone number as normal 10. Begin talking when the other side picks up (conversation should be loud and clear through the FM radio) 11. In some area you will experience bad reception, don’t worry, you can still use the kit by turning the indicator switch down, which will activate the built-in speakers for normal hand-free function (please make sure to turn off the radio to ensure the best performance) 12. After the conversation, hang up as usual and you can go back to your favorite FM radio station or CD II. Receiving a call: 1. When phone is ringing, activate your phone as usual 2. Push the preset station you’ve selected to use with the FM kit 3. You can now speak freely through the FM connection 4. Hang up as usual when finished III. Bonus feature: the kit will charge your battery while the phone is not in use IV. Special note for Motorola StarTac phone owners: if your service provider uses a CDMA system, after dialing a number you might have to flip the cover of the phone down and up again to activate the hands-free feature (the LCD panel will tell you when you are in hands-free mode) Thank you for using our FM Hands-Free Kit and we hope that you are happy with our product. If you have any questions or concern, please feel free to contact our technical support team at 510- 226-7390, or email us at www.priorityusa.com. We are at your service. And, as always, please drive safely. Notice: The changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
