The Account Administrator provides an initial password for each User. During their initial login, Users are required to set their own password. The Dashboard provides a snapshot view of the status of each assigned Offender. It also contains links to all of the modules within the application. 2.The left panel contains a list of all assigned Offenders and is sorted with the Offenders having the most critical and recent violations and Events at the top. 3.The Insight Dashboard is designed to allow the User to focus on those situations and Offenders that require immediate attention. User name The tabs across the top of the Dashboard provide instant access to information relating to the Offender highlighted in the left panel. This left panel shows the Offender name, the severity of the Event, the Event name and the status of the battery in the Locator. Severe Events are displayed as either flashing red or constant red. Green indicates Offender compliance and yellow indicates an unknown or warning status. Part 1.1310 Limits for Maximum Permissible Exposure (MPE) 1.1 Test Procedure An MPE evaluation for was performed in order to show that the device was compliant with §2.1091. The following calculations show that the total power density from each transmitter at 20cm is less than the limit for general population / un-controlled exposure. With the FHSS and either the GSM850 or GSM1900 radios transmitting simultaneously, the worse case MPE calculations are less than 8.3% of the applicable limit. The device meets the RF exposure limit at a 20cm separation distance as required by part 2.1091 of the FCC rules with both radios transmitting simultaneously 1 . The wost case simultaneous transmission with FHSS and GSM1900 is 7.8% + 0.5% = 8.3% of applicable MPE limit. 1 It is not possible for the GSM 850 radio to transmit simultaneously with the GSM1900 radio. The remaining test sections are the verbatim text from the actual data sheets used during the investigation. The results obtained in this test report pertain only to the item(s) tested. The INTERTEK-Lexington Facility is located at 731 Enterprise Drive, Lexington Kentucky, 40510. The radiated emission test site is a 10-meter semi-anechoic chamber. The chamber meets the characteristics of CISPR 16-1 and ANSI C63.4. For measurements, a remotely controlled flush-mount metal-top turntable is used to rotate the EUT a full 360 degrees. A remote controlled non-conductive antenna mast is used to scan the antenna height from one to four meters.
